Floristry masterclass setup with fresh flowers and professional tools

Floristry Masterclasses

Begin your journey

What you need before starting

Time commitment

You need at least three hours per week for practice and feedback sessions. This is not a passive course.

Basic materials

Access to fresh flowers, cutting tools, and workspace. We provide guidance on sourcing, but you purchase your own materials.

Willingness to iterate

You will create arrangements that fail. The learning happens when you understand why and try again with specific adjustments.

What this training does not provide

  • Instant business setup

We teach floral technique and design principles. Marketing, pricing, and client acquisition are separate skills you need to develop independently.

  • Certificate programs

This is practical mentorship, not accredited education. You gain demonstrable skill, not formal credentials.

  • One-size-fits-all curriculum

Each participant works on different arrangements based on their current ability. There is no standardized lesson plan everyone follows simultaneously.

What changes after six months

  • You can identify structural weaknesses in an arrangement and correct them without external feedback.
  • Your color choices become deliberate rather than accidental, based on understanding contrast and harmony.
  • You work faster because technique becomes automatic, freeing attention for design decisions.
  • You develop personal style that others recognize as yours, not imitation of tutorial examples.

How the method adapts to individual conditions

Participants start at different skill levels and have different access to materials. The approach adjusts by changing the complexity of assigned projects, not by changing the feedback method.

Someone working with limited flower variety focuses on structural technique. Someone with access to diverse materials works on color theory and seasonal adaptation. Both receive the same depth of critique on what they produce.

Progress is measured against your own previous work, not against other participants. The goal is visible improvement in your specific weak areas, identified through ongoing review of submitted arrangements.
